Welcome to Oxkart! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://oxkart.com and all transactions processed through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General Terms
• By using our website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.
• Oxkart reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the modified terms.
2. Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and we accept:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)
• UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking (All major banks)
• Wallet Payments (Paytm, FreeCharge, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for selected products)
• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• We ship products within 3 to 5 business days via Blue Dart.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service delays.
• Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
4. Return & Refund Policy
• Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds for online payments will be processed via Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as per customer preference.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
• Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, and customers must follow the return process.
• Oxkart reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Pricing & Taxation
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• If a pricing error occurs due to a technical issue, Oxkart reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• A tax invoice will be provided for every successful order.
7. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide accurate shipping and billing information.
• Oxkart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details provided by customers.
8. Liability & Dispute Resolution
• Oxkart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karnal, Haryana.
